Just off the main A63 road into Hull and a mile from the City Centre, 114 Coltman St is one of Hull’s most historic townhouses, featured on BBC2’s Restoration Home. Converted back into a grand town house from 5 derelict flats, the house offers comfortable rooms with ensuite facilities. Including breakfast (Eggs, toast, cereal, fruit juice, hot drinks) in the guest kitchen. Guests have the option of using the guest kitchen to cook evening meals though there are several takeaways nearby

The Room is one of our four guest rooms and offers a king sized bed, as well as WiFi, ensuite wetroom & WC, TV and room fridge. Guests also have the use of guest kitchen. Rooms serviced
Guest access
Breakfast is free (toast, cereals, eggs, hot drinks & juice) and guests may also use the guest kitchen to prepare their own evening meal. Guests may also use the small gym, games room (with pool table and darts board) and garden. Guests may use the laundry facilities for a small extra charge.

We are available by text and will be on the premises as it is our home and we have two children.
